Kristen Buckley is the owner of 2 Cabinet Girls and has been building and refinishing furniture for well over 20 years for herself, family, friends and as the owner of Fresh Vintage NC, a furniture refinishing company. She’s also been helping Triangle area homeowners and small businesses organize, redecorate and stage their homes and businesses for the past 10 years.

Running the area’s only women owned and women operated cabinet painting company in the Triangle certainly gives her an edge. When I asked her what makes her company stand out, she had a long list. My favorite answer was…

Unlike guy contractors, I actually reply to texts and emails, show up when I say I will, charge what we agreed upon at the beginning and treat your professionally.

The other answer that I didn’t realize was that she employs all women (although her dad does help sometimes with re-installing the doors on big jobs).

Lots of my customers have told me that having women working in their home is a little less stressful for them.
